In OBS open Settings → Stream, set Service to Custom… and paste these in.

Stream Key

Settings → Video: Output (Scaled) Resolution 1920x1080 or lower. Twitch won't play anything bigger.
Settings → Advanced: keep Automatically Reconnect on, so a wobble in your internet recovers by itself.

Stream key leaked?

Make a new one. The old key stops working right away, and you'll paste the new one into OBS.

Paste each platform's stream key and switch on the ones you want. Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again in full.
